Function: rebaseCopiedSymlinkTarget()

rebaseCopiedSymlinkTarget(sourceRoot, sourceLink, target): string

The target to recreate a copied symlink with. An absolute target inside the copied tree (sourceRoot) is made relative, so that the copy points into the copy rather than back at the source on the build machine; any other target is kept as it is.
